FedEx 2Day is a cost-saving alternative when packages don't need overnight speed.

           Delivery Times: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).  Service Days: Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge.

           Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states.

           Exceptions: Delivery to some areas of Alaska in 7 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please see FedEx Alaska/Hawaii services.

FedEx Standard Overnight®
FedEx Standard Overnight provides an economical solution for next-business-day shipping with afternoon delivery.

           Delivery Times: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.

Service Days: Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge.

            Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).

            Exceptions: Available from Hawaii in 1–2 business days. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please see FedEx Alaska/Hawaii services.

FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO's FPO's. We will ship these packages with USPS Priority Mail.

*"Shipping date" is NOT to be confused with the date an order is placed. When an order is placed, it must be processed before it can be shipped. This order processing takes between 1 and 3 days for most orders. Only when the order is fully processed does it ship from our warehouse. The shipping date is the date on which the completed order is SHIPPED from our warehouse, and NOT the date the order is placed.

Oxbow Store strives to provide children with as much customer service as possible without violating their privacy rights. For their protection, Oxbow Store asks that anyone 13 or younger not attempt to register with Oxbow Store or otherwise provide Oxbow Store with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You have up to 30 days from the shipment date to return merchandise. All items must be unused and resellable. You may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. If you have any questions or concerns, Send Email to our Customer Service Department or call us.
CLOTHING:
Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resellable with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit. If they don’t fit, the bottoms won’t be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in like-new condition. Videos, DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.
What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post.
*Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges.
To return products to Oxbow Store:

           Give your Invoice or Packing Slip Number, the product you would like to send back and the reason why.

           Pack the product and include the packing slip or invoice. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post.(For tracking purposes) Insurance is also available and is relatively inexpensive.

We will accept payments from "VERIFIED" PayPal Customers. Using Paypal, you must log on to your paypal account and enter paypal as the email address to pay.
Any payments from Unverified Paypal Buyers will be refunded LESS Paypal FEES! Once funds (US Funds) have been received and verified, your order will ship. If payment is not recieved within two days, your order will be cancelled.
